                             RESOLUTION NO.   19946 
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE 9-1-1 BOARD AND
                   ALL OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR THE CITY
                   TO DEMOLISH THE OLD SCHOOL BUILDING AT THE
                   CORNER OF AMNICOLA HIGHWAY AND WISDOM
                   STREET, THE COST OF WHICH DEMOLITION WILL BE
                   REIMBURSED TO THE CITY BY THE 9-1-1 BOARD,
                   AND FOR THE 9-1-1 BOARD TO CONSTRUCT A
                   BUILDING ON SAID PROPERTY ADJACENT TO THE
                   POLICE SERVICES CENTER.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute a contract with the 9-1-1 Board and all other 
necessary
       documents for the City to demolish the old school building at the 

       corner of Amnicola Highway and Wisdom Street, the cost of which
       demolition will be reimbursed to the City by the 9-1-1 Board, and 

       for the 9-1-1 Board to construct a building on said property
       adjacent to the Police Services Center.
